What ships today — and what doesn't

Screening and nudges today; doctor consults only once we are compliant

What you see here is screening, gentle nudges, growth tracking, nutrition guidance, school camps and a family record pocket. A telemedicine consult — a real doctor on a call — does not ship until we meet the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, run a registered-practitioner network, and clear our DPDPA data review. We will not pretend a live doctor service exists before it does.
The family-health loop

One calm routine, around the child

A simple loop that fits the rhythm of a household and a school term — notice early, act gently, keep the record. It is built around the worries a family actually carries: the eye chart at school, the growth that stalled, the tiffin that never quite balances.

1
Screen, gently
A quick vision, hearing and nutrition check — at home or at a school camp. The aim is to notice early: the child squinting at the board, the ear that keeps an infection, the height that hasn't moved in a year.
2
Nudge, plainly
Where a screen suggests a follow-up, you get a plain nudge — what it might mean, when to see a doctor, and the next step in your own language. Guidance to act, never a diagnosis.
3
Track growth
Height, weight and the milestones a household watches, charted over time so a small change is visible before it becomes a worry. Calendar-aware: the seasonal illness, the growth check, the camp date.
4
Keep the record
Prescriptions, reports and screening notes live in a family record pocket — held in custody for the family, member-scoped, and ready to share with a doctor on the next visit.
What this is, and isn't

Plainly

·
It is a screening, nudging and record-keeping companion for the household and the school — vision, hearing, nutrition and growth, in Hindi first. It points worries toward the right human, and keeps the record tidy in between.
·
It is not a doctor, and it does not give medical advice. A screen is a prompt to act, not a diagnosis. Anything that needs a clinician goes to a clinician — there is no AI standing between a child's health concern and a person.
·
It is not an emergency service. For a sudden fever, a fall or any urgent danger, call 108 or 112 first — this site is for the steady care in between, not the crisis.
