Plain-language health terms · 2026-06-18
These terms are written to be read. The most important line first: eduz.health is not an emergency service and does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call 108 or 112. For anything clinical, see a registered doctor.

01  What this is

A screening, nudging and record-keeping companion for a household and a school — vision, hearing, nutrition, growth, a family record pocket and school camps. A screen is a prompt to act, not a diagnosis. Nothing here is a substitute for a doctor.

02  What is gated, and honest about it

Telemedicine consults, online prescriptions and diagnostic labs do not ship until we meet the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, run a registered-practitioner network and clear our DPDPA review. Where a feature is gated or in preview, the page says so. We would rather under-state than imply a doctor service that is not live.

03  Using health responsibly

Use screening and nudges as prompts to seek care, not as a verdict on a child. Record only your own family's information, with consent. For an emergency or any urgent danger, call 108 or 112 — do not wait on this site.

04  Data and payment

Health records sit in the strictest data class, India-resident, audited on every access, exportable and deletable. There is no advertising on these pages and no charge to a child to be screened. Where a school programme is paid, a school pays transparently, with no lock-in and no charge to export your data.
